30 DAY RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your order then you are welcome to apply for a refund or exchange.
We do not cover the cost of the return shipping for change-of-mind purchases. A full refund will however be reinstated to your account if the item is deemed faulty.
All items must be:
-Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
-All tags are still attached and undamaged (CLOTHES TAG & ON COURT COLLECTIVE HANG TAG)
-Folded neatly in their original packaging bag (ON COURT COLLECTIVE CLEAR BAG)
Items that do not meet these conditions upon inspection won't be valid for a refund. Invalid returns that are sent will be returned to the customer at their own shipping expense.
